Email Development & Automation

An inbox-ready campaign, built by hand

A real HTML email for Fuel & Flow Pilates — table-based layout, inline styles, and the same flyers from the Graphic Design section, built to actually render correctly in an inbox.

Why It Matters

Email development

The template underneath has to survive dozens of rendering engines — Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail — each with different CSS support. That means table-based layout, inline styles, and no assumptions about flexbox or web fonts. It's a narrower, stricter kind of front-end work than a web page.

Automation

A booking, a missed class, an abandoned signup form — each is a trigger a business can respond to automatically instead of manually. Automated sequences turn one-time actions into ongoing relationships without someone remembering to follow up.

The mailing list

Social reach is rented and can change overnight; an email list is owned. It's the one channel a business controls end to end — no algorithm deciding who sees the message.
